How to use 

For best results, apply it once every three days

A wash your face well with your cleanser 

B press the right button to release a warm gel from the silicone brush nozzle 

C massage your face gently for a couple of minutes with the brush, focusing on your nose, chin, and forehead  until you feel a slight heat
